Qualified Signal Person Train-the-Trainer

As of 2010 all persons providing signals to a crane operator must be qualified in accordance with OSHA §1926 Subpart CC.

Crane Tech’s Qualified Signal Person program meets OSHA §1926 Subpart CC, General Industry OSHA §1910, and also satisfies ASME B30.5 requirements applicable to general industry. “All signal persons must be tested and they must demonstrate qualification as a signal person.”

This is a dynamic program that has rapidly become one of our most popular courses. Federal OSHA §1926.1428 requires that persons who signal cranes in construction activities receive training and testing to qualify as competent. This Train-the-Trainer program is 4-6 hours of classroom instruction with one written exam followed by individual practical exams. This course will provide education and materials that will allow you  to train and test your employees directly as the “Employer’s Qualified Evaluator.”

Crane Tech has provided Signal Person and rigging training for more than 30-years. Why trust your training to anyone else! In addition, Crane Tech has scheduled numerous back to back Qualified Rigger Level 1 and Qualified Signal Person programs to help you  comply with OSHA regulations to have qualified riggers.
